Where did the Marriage Catalyst Conference originate? The global vision to transform marriages was planted in South Florida. We developed a flexible model to help churches build thriving marriages and connect hurting families to their local ministry through inspirational conferences and practical small group studies. We strongly believe that "A growing relationship with God is the catalyst for building a great marriage."
Why create a Marriage Catalyst Conference? The idea was created after listening to many couples, both young and old, share their story of broken marriages. We discovered a great need for practical solutions to help point their family in the right direction and get marriages integrated into their local church. They needed an affordable marriage conference, one that understood their world and provided a step-by-step approach to restoring their relationship with their spouse. They not only wanted to initiate this process, but also, keep it growing in the right direction.
What does my investment include? Your investment in the Marriage Catalyst Conference includes registration and program materials if provided. Prices do not include books, DVD's, snacks, transportation or hotels unless otherwise specified. Team and group discounts are provided at the time of the initial registration. You must register all participants together to receive group discounts.
How can I pay for my registration? You can pay for your registration online through PayPal and or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card. Please note: The full amount will be charged to your account at the time of registration.
What about the waiting list? Once our Marriage Catalyst Conference reaches maximum capacity, we will create a waiting list. Individuals, couples and groups on hold will have an opportunity to join the conference only if cancellations are confirmed on or before the day of the event. Full payment must be made prior to being placed on the waiting list.
What is your return and or refund policy? With respect to refunds, all requests for the Marriage Catalyst Conference must be made within 24 hours after the time your transaction has been completed. With respect to books sold through our website or on the day of the conference, refunds must be requested by e-mail (Info@MarriageCatalyst.com) within 24 hours after the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs when returning their order and must have a Return Authorization from the Marriage Catalyst team. Once these guidelines have been met and the product received in good condition, we will gladly refund your credit card.
With respect to DVD’s, Audio CD’s, or software purchases, only unopened products receive a full refund within 24 hours after the time of purchase. In the unfortunate event of natural causes, acts of God or significant circumstances, Marriage Catalyst will reserve the right to postpone or cancel the Marriage Catalyst Conference. There are no refunds for conference registrations.
What about delivery method and timing? Conferences are delivered on the scheduled days and times located on our Website. Products on back order will be shipped as soon as they become available for processing. We will gladly refund and cancel your product orders upon request if the processing time will exceed 45 days.
Is there a Media Agreement or Policy? Yes. By attending the Marriage Catalyst Conference you grant permission to video professionals and photographers to capture your participation before, during and after the event for us to use as promotional materials in addition to products for sale.
